Do we need to change the software we use?
Usually not. We connect to the apps you already have, such as your website, Google Sheets, CRM, email and WhatsApp. If something can’t be connected, we tell you before we start.
Will the AI make mistakes?
It can. That’s why we limit it to your own information, add checks, and keep a person in charge of anything that matters, like prices, payments or promises to customers.
Where does it run, and who owns it?
We agree this in the written plan before work starts: which accounts it runs on, for example your own n8n, Make, Zapier or OpenAI account, and who holds the logins.
