Who pays for the tools?
Tool plans are billed by n8n, Make or Zapier, unless n8n runs on your own server. We suggest keeping the account in your business’s name and agree this in the plan.
What happens if a workflow fails?
We add alerts, so the right person hears about a failed step straight away, and the workflow can retry or wait for a person.
Can you add AI to a workflow?
Yes. AI steps can sort, summarise or draft text inside a workflow, for example tagging leads before they reach your CRM.
